If you end up with a lot of results on Detect and suppressed some of them, it can get difficult to wade through all the findings. Filters allow you to only show findings with the criteria you specified to make it easier to find them.
There are various reasons why you would want to filter your findings:

Executives may want to see all remediated findings to gain visibility of team progress.

Technical staff may want to see false positive and risk accepted findings to verify the issues' accuracy.

Maintainers may want to see which are the open issues that need to be addressed.
Viewing Suppressed Findings
Storyfier enables only Open findings to be visible by default. To show findings that are marked with another status:

Go to the Filters list found next to your Findings on the Detect page

Check the box(es) next to the relevant Status.

You should then see the suppressed findings on the screen.
